An exciter, also known as structure-bourne sound or bodyshaker. The mounting of the exciter is attached to the surface by means of gluing and/or screwing. Applications: Signal output in every application where normal speakers can not be installed for optical reasons or for protection against environment conditions or vandalism (i.e. below the fold-down bed).
